🎐Thank you for considering commissioning me! Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything listed below.Before Ordering
🎐When contacting me, please include a clear description of what you'd like, along with visual references for your character(s) or idea. The more information you provide upfront, the smoother the process will be.🎐Written descriptions alone may not be enough for complex characters or designs. I may request additional references or decline the commission if I don't have enough information to work accurately.🎐All listed prices are base prices in USD. The final cost may vary depending on character complexity, additional elements, alternate versions, backgrounds, or any extra requests.🎐Simpler character designs (such as stick figures, classic sonic characters, or chibi commissions) are eligible for reduced pricing.🎐Returning clients who have commissioned me multiple times may receive loyalty discounts.Payment
🎐Payment must be completed before I begin working on your commission unless we agree otherwise beforehand.🎐All payments are processed through my Paypal. (Only exception are mutual chilean banks)🎐Once payment has been sent, refunds are generally not available, except in situations where I am personally unable to complete your commission.🎐Please make sure all payment information is correct before sending it, as accidental duplicate payments or payment errors may not be reversible.Commission Process
🎐I will provide work-in-progress updates during important stages of the commission, allowing you to review the artwork and request adjustments before I continue.🎐Minor revisions are included during the sketching process. Additional changes after approval—or major changes that require significant redraws—may incur extra fees.🎐Once the final artwork has been approved and delivered, further edits are no longer included.🎐Commission completion times vary depending on complexity and my current workload. Please be patient, though you're always welcome to ask for a progress update if it's been a while.🎐Rush orders with strict deadlines may require an additional fee, depending on my availability.Usage Rights
🎐Unless otherwise agreed, commissions are intended for personal use only.You may:
* Use the artwork as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or for other personal purposes.
* Share or repost the artwork, provided proper credit is given.You may not:
* Claim the artwork as your own.
* Trace, heavily edit, or remove my signature.
* Use the artwork for commercial purposes, merchandise, NFTs, AI training, resale, or profit without my explicit permission.🎐Commercial usage rights are available separately and require prior discussion before the commission begins.🎐Custom character designs created by me become yours to modify after delivery, unless otherwise specified.Artist Rights
🎐I retain the copyright to every commission I create.🎐Unless requested otherwise before I begin, I reserve the right to post completed commissions on my portfolio, social media, commission sheets, or future promotional material.🎐Fanart commissions may also be used by me for prints, convention displays, or merchandise featuring the original copyrighted characters, while fully respecting your commissioned version.🎐My artwork may never be used in AI image generators, machine learning datasets, or any similar technology without my explicit written permission.Refusals & Cancellations
🎐I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, including requests outside my abilities, subjects I'm uncomfortable drawing, or inappropriate behavior from the client.🎐Harassment, disrespectful conduct, or repeated inappropriate behavior during the commission process may result in cancellation.🎐If I cancel the commission because I am unable to complete it, an appropriate refund will be issued based on the amount of work already completed.Final Delivery
🎐Finished artwork will be delivered digitally in high resolution. No physical product will be shipped.🎐By placing a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

- Topics / fandoms i'm not comfortable with (i will let you know)
- Any kind of abuse / hatred / pedophilia / zoophilia / incest / proship.
- Problematic fandom ocs
- Real-life people (aka real photo reference)
- Highly detailed backgrounds

20-60$To purchase a custom character you need to send me the general idea for the character, a few images/moodboard and/or music that fits the vibe you want.
You will send the payment after i finish the design and you approve it.

Example
